Panic in Oltrepo
A fire broke out around 9 am on Monday morning, damaging the house of the mayor of Cecima, Andrea Milanesi. The mayor, his wife, and son had already left when the flames broke out in a woodshed outside the house. The flames reached the attic. The alarm was raised by a neighbor. Three fire trucks, the police, and a Red Cross ambulance arrived at the scene. No injuries. They are trying to clarify the causes of the fire, but the first impression is that it was a short circuit.
