Legnano – Continues the gradual return to normality in Legnano after the bad weather last Monday, July 24th. Today, Thursday 27th, after the operations of cutting and removal of the fallen tree in Viale Gorizia (in the photo), the road was reopened to traffic in the early afternoon. This reopening is added to that of the nearby Via Bissolati, whose roadway was also obstructed by a tree, and Via San Giovanni Bosco, where the dangerous pole has been removed.
Parks and bike paths reopen
The removal of the tree that fell on Corso Italia has also begun. Via Candiani remains closed, waiting for the removal of the fallen tree, for which a crane intervention is necessary. By mayoral order, the Monumental Cemetery and the “Piera Pattani” garden have been reopened, and the bike paths are now passable in their entire length, once the checks on the trees have been completed by the Local Police. Even in Robinson Park, in Canazza, the conditions for access have been restored, with the delimitation of the area where branches and undergrowth are present. Tomorrow evening, therefore, the show “Polyphonies from the world” scheduled as part of the “La Bella Estate” program can take place regularly in a non-wooded area.
Finally, today Enel has completed the resolution of power outage problems that had affected the area bordering San Giorgio su Legnano (Via Aosta and Piemonte), two streets near Bosco Ronchi (Pascoli and Paganini), and the houses in Via delle Acacie in Oltrestazione.
